At Padma Jewel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and exchange process.
π Return Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Return will only be accepted with a proper uncut/unedited unboxing video.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through www.padmajewel.com.
π« Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Return will not be accepted without a proper uncut/unedited unboxing video.
- Product with physical damage. Unless it has happened during the transit.
- Exchange your product for a different design or size.
π Exchange Process
- In case the requested product is unavailable, a store credit or refund (if eligible) will be issued.
π° Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
