At Padma Jewel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and exchange process.


๐Ÿ’Ž Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Return will only be accepted with a proper uncut/unedited unboxing video.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through www.padmajewel.com.

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Return will not be accepted without a proper uncut/unedited unboxing video.
  • Product with physical damage. Unless it has happened during the transit.
  • Exchange your product for a different design or size.

๐Ÿ” Exchange Process

  • In case the requested product is unavailable, a store credit or refund (if eligible) will be issued.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return/exchange
  • Photos / Video of the item (if damaged or defective)
